Mr. Myers provides consulting and expert services for both plaintiff and defense law firms. He is an accredited Accident Reconstructionist with the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). He has conducted investigations and reconstructions on accidents that included automobiles, commercial motor vehicles, motorcycles, pedestrians, bicyclists, ATVs, trains, and aircraft. He was a certified police instructor by the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy (OPOTA), and he was tasked as a regional instructor and coordinator on behalf of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for standardized field sobriety tests (SFST), electronic speed measuring devices (ESMD), and accident investigation. Tony is a Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist and Senior Project Manager at J.S. Held. His role involves investigating, reconstructing, and testifying on a variety of cases.
