Tim Woods is an Executive Vice President at J.S. Held with extensive experience as a building loss consultant. He specializes in damage evaluation, cost estimating, schedule review and analysis, dispute resolution, building code impact evaluation, and emergency mitigation analysis.
Tim was the founding member and president of Wakelee Associates, which was acquired in 2016 by J.S. Held. Tim, along with the Wakelee team, provided support throughout North America to carriers on property damage claims. Prior to Wakelee, Tim was a partner in a national restoration and construction firm. The firm provided general contracting services for commercial and residential properties, specializing in projects throughout the United States. Tim was responsible for the coordination and oversight of the company’s largest projects.
