Thomas Kohout is a construction consultant with over twenty-years of residential and commercial construction experience. He began his career framing multi-family structures and moved quickly into a project superintendent position overseeing high end residential remodeling and commercial tenant improvement projects.
Most recently serving as a Senior Project Estimator for a regional restoration company, Thomas expanded his skillsets to include analyzing complex drawings and specifications, assembling well organized project proposals and managing production costs and schedules.
Thomas’s experience provides clients with expert construction knowledge and a detail-oriented approach, providing professional deliverables in an efficient and timely manner.
