Tariq Amin has 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Forensic Planning and Delay Analysis. His planning and project management background for Tier 1 UK contractors has allowed him to develop into an experienced consultant who analyzes delays and disruptions, provides technical support, and drafts high-quality litigation and alternative dispute resolution reports.
Tariq supports pre-site and live projects, including schedule feasibility, risk management, and project delay monitoring and mitigation services. He has practical knowledge of numerous construction management software and contract types in the UK and internationally. Tariq is proficient in implementing various delay analysis methods within the Society of Construction Law guidelines.
Throughout his career, Tariq has worked on several notable projects, including the largest library in Europe, the UK's first Proton Beam Therapy Unit, and the largest coal-fired power plant in the UAE. His meticulous attention to detail allows him to understand project scopes quickly and set out a common-sense sequenced approach to deliver objectives.
