Steven Beier joined J.S. Held in July of 2021 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Kineticorp.
Steven is an animator specializing in developing technical graphics and animations relating to accident analysis and reconstruction. Steven’s technical skills include three-dimensional modeling, lighting, rendering, and animation, with additional experience developing real-time graphics for web and mobile devices. His experience in development for mobile devices includes scene optimization for mobile publishing, scripting for interactivity, and custom shader writing. Past projects have included photogrammetric reconstruction of cultural heritage sites, real-time visualization, and apps designed to inform through visualization.
Steven Beier is a technical animator with additional expertise in video tracking and analysis, nighttime 3D visualization, and scene reconstruction using aerial LIDAR and 3D laser scan data.
