Stephenee Huggans joined J.S. Held in September of 2023 as part of J.S. Held’s acquisition of Environmental Consultants, LLC.
Stephenee Huggans started her career as a summer intern at St. Louis Public Schools. There she was responsible for hazardous materials record keeping, drinking water sampling, indoor air quality assessments, and other various hazardous materials work.
Stephenee Huggans is the Capital Projects Coordinator for St. Louis. She is responsible for helping St. Louis Public Schools with their large, special projects. Projects include the ESSER fund capital expenditures under the IRA, Prop S, Post Prop S, etc. Stephenee is responsible for organizing reports, monitoring the progress of projects, providing administrative tasks, etc.
