Ms. Zhang is a Director in the Intellectual Property Disputes Financial Expert Testimony practice of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. She has worked on various engagements in patent, trademark, and copyright involving lost profits, reasonable royalties, likelihood of confusion factors, and unjust enrichment among others. Ms. Zhang’s experience covers a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, technology, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Ms. Zhang worked in the Antitrust and Competition Practice at Charles River Associates, where she assisted testifying experts in evaluating mergers and acquisitions, as well as antitrust claims relating to exclusionary conduct, price fixing, and unfair competition across various industries.
Ms. Zhang holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
