Mr. Evans has provided expert testimony related to damages and other financial issues in federal, state, and arbitration matters, as well as both civil and criminal matters.
Mr. Evans is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Arizona. He is Certified in Financial Forensics and Accredited in Business Valuations by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Mr. Evans is the former President and Treasurer of the Friends of the Phoenix Library and a former board member of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education.
