Scott E. Evans, CPA, CFF, ABV, has over 30 years of experience as a CPA and financial professional with extensive experience in the calculation of economic damages, forensic accounting/embezzlement, family law matters, business valuations, bankruptcy and solvency analyses, fraudulent financial reporting, and accounting malpractice investigations related to SEC registrants and auditors, analysis of purchase price disputes arising from the sale of a business, investigations performed for the Arizona State Board of Accountancy, and audits performed under generally accepted auditing standards. Mr. Evans has provided expert testimony related to damages and other financial issues in federal, state, and arbitration matters, as well as both civil and criminal matters.

Mr. Evans is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Arizona. He is Certified in Financial Forensics and Accredited in Business Valuations by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Mr. Evans is the former President and Treasurer of the Friends of the Phoenix Library and a former board member of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education.
