Ms. Perdomo offers 12 years of direct field construction experience on heavy civil construction projects including bridges, pump stations, levees, flood control, and paving, as well as on academic, industrial, and residential projects.
Ms. Perdomo has performed the roles of Project Manager and Project Engineer, on both private and government projects, and is a certified Construction Quality Control Manager for USACE projects in U.S. and Central America.
Ms. Perdomo has been involved in the deposition process (including deposition testimony) as a Contractor and has also been involved in Claim and Time Impact Analysis and Settlement agreements.
Ms. Perdomo is a Senior Consultant in the Construction Advisory Services group and specializes in schedule baseline development, updates, time extension requests, forensic schedule delay analysis, and also participates in various phases of construction change management including document review, schedule review, discovery, and assisting in preparing expert reports in support of litigation.
