Samantha Jacoby is a Senior Consultant in J.S. Held’s Forensic Accounting and Economics practice. She specializes in economic damages and analyses for a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, and medical malpractice.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Samantha was an actuarial associate for the Retirement Practice at Aon in New York, NY, where she calculated the actuarial liability for defined benefit pension plans and other post-employment benefit plans. Samantha joined J.S. Held shortly after passing her sixth actuarial exam.
Samantha is an experienced contributor to computations for claims of past loss of earnings, future loss of earnings and earning capacity, and future medical care costs.
