He has a deep understanding of IT strategy, development life cycle, application/infrastructure maintenance, IT service and support processes to promote competitive advantage, create efficiencies, and add value to the business.
Since joining J.S. Held Sam has been involved with a multitude of losses that include fire, water, and wind damage as well as losses that have involved mitigation of asbestos, lead paint, mold, and chemical spills. He is passionate about being the carrier’s on-site representative on a day-to-day basis in both the mitigation and the restoration side. He has reviewed and verified remediation / restoration contractor’s estimates and invoices for the correct scope of work and accuracy of the billing for work completed. Sam is IICRC WRT certified and proficient with Xactimate 28.
