Salvatore DeLucia joined J.S. Held in 2021. Salvatore is a Project Manager in the Environmental, Health & Safety service line, specializing in NJDEP Site Remediation Program (SRP) projects throughout New Jersey. Salvatore specializes in Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence projects, mostly in the commercial real estate sector. Salvatore can also perform IAQ Surveys and coordinate ACM and LBP surveys.
Salvatore’s key responsibilities include project management and oversight, client correspondence, budget analysis, vendor relations, and document review. Salvatore is also responsible for developing work plans, cost estimates for client review and approval, and formal technical reports for submission to regulatory agencies.
