Sabrina S. Trusty has over ten years of experience in assessments of environmental hazards such as mold damage, asbestos, lead inspections, and other hazards. Sabrina’s involvement in these projects includes the initial inspection and collection of samples, interpretation of analytical results, development of written reports, operations and maintenance plans, and remediation protocols. Sabrina has additional experience with 24 Part 58 Environmental Records Review, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, water and soil sampling, industrial hygiene, and occupational safety. Sabrina has performed her work for commercial and residential entities domestically and internationally for general renovations or after catastrophes.

Sabrina S. Trusty is involved in initial inspections, follow-up inspections, report development, project monitoring, and project management. She has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex losses, including apartment complexes, multi-family housing, medical facilities, commercial buildings, new construction of hotels or residential complexes, rehabilitation of existing historic buildings or commercial buildings, and residential. She also has experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and/or 24 Part 58 Environmental Records Review on industrial, commercial, and vacant properties scheduled for renovation, new construction, or real estate transactions. In addition, she has experience in industrial hygiene in industrial facilities and indoor air quality.
