Roland Hamilton joined J.S. Held in April of 2026 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of CMM, LLP.

Roland has handled hundreds of legal cases and provided litigation accounting services in family law and civil matters. His work has included business valuations, calculating gross cash flow for spousal and child support, analyzing marital lifestyles, evaluating reimbursement claims, tracing and allocating funds, and characterizing assets. He has given expert testimony in family law courts in Contra Costa and Los Angeles counties.

Roland started his career in Phoenix, Arizona, as a staff accountant focusing on financial accounting and income tax services for individuals, business entities, and trusts. In 1998, he joined Abramson, Pendergast & Company in Bellevue, Washington, where he handled numerous business valuations in marital dissolution cases. Mr. Hamilton moved to California in 2002 and joined Taylor and Lieberman, AAC, eventually attaining ownership in the firm. In 2011, Mr. Hamilton joined CMM, LLP as a litigation manager. 

Roland received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Accounting from Trenton State College.
