With over 15 years of hands-on experience, he specializes in all areas of flooring, waterproofing, and tile shower construction. Adding to his knowledge of residential construction means and methods are the nearly 7 years Roland spent earlier in his career as a land surveying technician with a Jackson, MS, civil engineering firm. While with this firm, he achieved a PLSI designation from the Mississippi State Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors. Roland gained valuable skills in producing survey plats using CAD software and has valuable knowledge to offer in all aspects of topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys.
