Rodney is a Managing Director with over 30 years of executive experience in operations and technology roles across various industries. His expertise includes interim leadership, operational improvement, and turnaround/restructuring. Rodney is known for his pragmatic and metric-driven approach, combining strategic and tactical skills to drive positive change and optimize resources.
Rodney's deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership style enable him to provide clarity and actionable insights to client companies. He focuses on understanding complex situations and implementing lasting solutions. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Rodney leverages his technology expertise and financial acumen to deliver value in diverse settings.
Rodney leads engagements involving turnaround management, interim management, operational and technology integrations, quality of earnings and due diligence assignments, and continuous improvement initiatives. His comprehensive range of functional disciplines and relationship management skills make him an effective leader and a valued team member.
Before joining J.S. Held, Rodney held various entrepreneurial and leadership roles focused on technology and operational functions. He has also held sales management positions in the beverage industry and managed distribution, logistics, and operations for a fast-growing software company. Additionally, Rodney spent many years as a manager and partner for a private company in precision machining, plastic forming, and manufacturing.
Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Human Resource Management.
