Read MorePrior to joining J.S. Held, Robert Valker served as a Managing Director of Capital Forensics, Inc. (“CFI”). His practice delivers expert guidance and solutions in Litigation Consulting, Regulatory Compliance & Enforcement, and Data Analytics & Investigations within the financial services sector. He works closely with in-house and outside counsel to provide dispute resolution, forensic analyses, investment performance analytics, and expert testimony in bank, broker-dealer, and investment advisory litigation cases. In addition to being recognized for his quantitative expertise, he oversees and supervises a team of consultants who assess financial misconduct and potential customer remediation stemming from regulatory and internal investigations.
Mr. Valker is often called to testify as an expert witness and has worked on several noteworthy regulatory projects and investigations. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and is designated by FINRA as a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP).
