Robert Strahle is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey with over 35 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, both internationally and in North America. His experience includes the resolution of construction disputes, preparation of construction claims, provision of litigation support, construction cost assessments, construction fraud, and forensic investigations.

Robert’s additional expertise in areas of risk advisory services includes developing capital programs/program management offices for owners, construction revenue recognition guidance specialist services, and merger and acquisition due diligence analysis. He spent 18 years with engineering and construction firms as a field engineer, project manager, and program manager on commercial, state, and federal projects, focused on delivering execution and advisory risk services for owners and engineering and construction firms throughout the design, build, and operate lifecycle.

In Robert’s professional career, he has presented written and oral expert witness testimony in alternate dispute resolution procedures including mediation, American Arbitration Association (AAA), and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration proceedings.
