He has been retained as an expert on numerous matters to help resolve cost and scope disputes and to prepare valuations and cost analyses.
Rish is involved in estimating, project management, onsite damage assessment, and project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Australia and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including shopping malls, residential developments, hotels, waterfront condo complexes, agricultural structures, and commercial structures (northeast U.S.).
