With over 10 years of experience, Rigoberto has served as technical advisor in the attention and valuation of damages in civil works for the insurance sector. He has participated in numerous market areas including commercial, industrial, tourism, residential, and infrastructure. His expertise is highlighted in his participation with the various teams involved with the integration of unit costs in the market, quantification of damages, analysis, and processing of information obtained to establish criteria for resolving a case.

Rigoberto has worked on projects associated with various catastrophic events such as the earthquake of September 19, 2017 earthquake in the cities of Mexico, Cuernavaca and Huixquilucan in the States of Morelos, Estado de Mexico and Mexico City and the earthquake of September 07, 2017 in the cities of Tuxtla Gutiérrez and Oaxaca, in the States of Chiapas and Oaxaca in Mexico. Rigoberto was part of the team for the development of unit costs for the economic proposal of the "New International Airport of Mexico City" in the year of 2016. He was also part of the team that was dedicated to the valuation of damage caused by the earthquake of April 2016 in the city of Manta in the country of Ecuador.

Rigoberto also collaborated in the valuation of damages to the buildings of the PEMEX headquarters in Mexico City in 2013, the valuation of damages in the Measurement Center of Burgos and the viscosity Reduction Plant, both properties of PEMEX in the years of 2012 and 2011 in the states of Tamaulipas and Hidalgo. Additionally, for five years, he participated in the valuation of various claims for the National Water Commission (Comisión Nacional del Agua / CONAGUA). During the period of 1999 to 2005, he participated in the construction of banks, and remodeling of buildings, schools, public libraries, and markets located in Mexico City.
