Richard Robertson joined J.S. Held in July of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Kodsi Forensic Engineering.

Richard Robertson, P.Eng., holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario. He is also a certified CDR Operator & Analyst and Berla Certified Vehicle Systems Technician & Analyst. He has been an active member in the accident reconstruction industry since 1991 and has been involved in more than 1900 technical investigations. His case work is focused on preserving scene and vehicle evidence, and preparing CAD drawings and other demonstrative evidence including photography, photogrammetry, animations, charts, and graphs. He also has extensive experience analyzing collisions involving pedestrians and cyclists. Mr. Robertson has been qualified to provide expert evidence in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Rick’s personal interests include ornamental and vegetable gardening and everything Disney.
