Richard Ragucci is a Construction Consultant with over a decade of experience. He provides reconstruction estimating, cost valuation, site monitoring, and dispute resolution.
Prior to working as a building consultant, Richard was a remodeling contractor with a small company in New Jersey. In this role, he oversaw and performed the day-to-day operations for estimating, demolition, and repairs. Prior to his work as a contractor, Richard was a Non-Commissioned Officer with the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion of the United States Marine Corps, which included service in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. His focus was on small task force management and efficient resource deployment.
Richard utilizes his construction background to estimate property loss and mitigation, provide construction and mitigation estimate/invoice analysis for dispute resolution, and provide on-site project monitoring and project management.
