Richard Chung is a Managing Director based in New York with over 18 years of experience in technology consulting across the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Denmark. His expertise is in digital forensics and e-discovery in all aspects of investigations, litigation, and antitrust and merger matters. He has worked across various industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, construction, energy, and technology. His extensive experience and decisive expertise make him a trusted advisor on a variety of technology consulting engagements involving data preservation, data analysis, document review, and document production.

Richard is a team lead of the digital forensics group within the Global Investigations practice. He and his team provide digital forensic services relating to the preservation and collection of data and its assets, and forensic analysis relevant to the investigation. He has performed forensic data preservation and analysis on hundreds of laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, and cloud-based repositories supporting investigations, litigation, and antitrust and merger matters.

Richard is fluent in English and Cantonese. He received a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems from the City University of New York.
