Renata Ontman joined J.S. Held in 2021 and has been in the environmental remediation industry since 2018. Her experience includes conducting site investigations and environmental due diligence, preparing environmental assessment reports, reviewing analytical data for soil disposal, and site monitoring for remedial projects in the New Jersey and New York area under the oversight of an LSRP. Her primary focus is commercial and industrial properties with multi-contaminant impacts. In addition, she performs various environmental media sampling, air monitoring, sub-slab vapor sampling, and free product monitoring.
Renata has been involved in environmental due diligence, remedial reporting, site investigations, and site inspections. She has served the environmental remediation markets throughout the New Jersey and New York area.
