Phil has always maintained a propensity for learning how things work and are assembled. This enthusiasm led Phil to pursue a career in skilled trades and become a certified journeyman electrician. Phil’s later roles managing multiple disciplines and facilities exposed him to various projects and helped him thoroughly understand construction, which he now applies to his role at J.S. Held. Passionate about supporting the skilled tradespeople creating our built environment, Phil contributes technical expertise alongside the ability to form relationships, provide training, and focus on efficiency and results.
Phil is involved in project management and on-site project monitoring. He has been involved in utility relocations, adult detention centers, non-profits, and tenant coordination. Phil enjoys helping his clients achieve milestones and improve efficiencies.
