Perry began his career at Semiconductor Insights, where he conducted reverse engineering investigations, worked in the wet/dry lab, and used the SEM. Perry joins Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held, having recently managed and conducted reverse engineering investigations at PAL Enterprises Inc., Ottawa, and as a portfolio manager at Intellectual Ventures, where he was responsible for patent intelligence to support acquisitions, portfolio development, and licensing analysis.
