Paul Luat is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with experience in consulting and environmental data collection. Specifically, Paul provides consultation on human health risk analysis, exposure assessment, and hazard communication to clients throughout the United States. He also has experience in emergency field responses concerning railroad derailments, moisture mapping, and community exposure. Paul has experience in supporting litigation projects concerning railroad exposures, talc powder, asbestos, and impairment cases. This includes review of scientific literature, project management, and data compilation.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Science in Public Health with an emphasis on Environmental Health from San Diego State University.

Paul is involved in project management. He has experience in numerous toxic tort litigation cases, exposure data analyses, onsite exposure assessments, and data collection throughout the United States.
