Patrick LeBlanc joined J.S. Held in January of 2025 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Technorm Inc.
Patrick conducts studies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (laws and regulations, codes, standards, and good practices) regarding construction and fire safety for new and existing buildings. He also performs fire modeling for alternative solutions intended for special architectural designs.
Patrick prepares performance specifications for sprinkler, detection, and fire alarm systems in various types of buildings. He also provides technical-legal expertise on multiple aspects of the applicable regulations.
