Patrick Hasan has worked in the construction, restoration, and construction cost business for the past five years, specializing in complex project valuation, construction estimating, and claim cost analysis. His consulting projects have encompassed buildings and facilities in the industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, hospitality, public institutions, transportation, religious, educational, and residential sectors throughout North America.
Prior to construction consulting, Patrick worked in the construction industry for twelve years, with the last eight years as the owner of a general construction company in New York, NY. These projects included residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and exterior restoration. Patrick has on-the-job training in concrete pour foundations, low slope roof systems, residential roof systems, masonry façade restoration, and complex demolition projects.
