Patrick’s consulting projects have encompassed buildings and facilities in the industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, hospitality, public institution, transportation, religious, educational, and residential sectors throughout North America.
Prior to construction consulting, Patrick was working in the construction industry for twelve years. The last eight years were as the owner of a general construction company in New York, NY. Projects included residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and exterior restoration. Patrick has on-the-job training in concrete pour foundations, low slope roof systems, residential roof systems, masonry façade restoration, and complex demolition projects.
