Pamela Hernandez is an experienced nurse and healthcare consultant who provides policy and procedure documentation review, healthcare consulting, coding and billing review, medical records retrieval and review, audit trail analysis and training, and medical specialty legal nurse consulting expertise. Ms. Hernandez is a former law enforcement officer and corrections nurse. She has assisted with developing and implementing protocol-based nursing systems, HIPAA, and tuberculosis testing in a correctional setting.

With over 30 years of experience in nursing and healthcare within various specialties, Ms. Hernandez has in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of hospitals and facilities and a 360-degree perspective for both plaintiff and defense firms. Her law enforcement background enables her to extend her expertise into corrections, civil, criminal, and some forensic cases.
