Nitin is a Civil Engineer and Delay Analyst with over five years of construction experience in project planning and controls, delay analysis and claim preparation/defense across numerous sectors.
He started his career as Civil Site Engineer and then as a Planning and Quantity Surveying Engineer, before moving into forensic planning and delay matters.
Nitin’s sector experience includes construction, airports, engineering, oil & gas, process plants and energy projects. He has assisted in the preparation of delay analyses and reports on major complex projects in the Middle East including a major city regeneration and development project, an international airport project and a significant power upgrade project in relation to oil processing facilities.
