Nikhil Kanojia is a Consultant in J.S. Held's Disputes, Valuations, and Financial Advisory Division. He has over eight years of experience in financial and secondary research and has worked on multiple global engagements in the financial services, TMT, legal, and consumer retail sectors in the US, Canada, UK, Spain, Germany, France, UAE, India, Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong.

Nikhil specializes in gathering, analyzing, and providing key insights based on research reports to support business practices firmwide. He has hands-on experience with business databases such as Merger Market, Factiva, Eikon (Thomson Reuters), S&P Market Intelligence, Capital IQ, Preqin, Pitchbook, IBIS, Technavio, and D&B Hoovers. Additionally, he is skilled in macroeconomic research, analyzing data on key indicators like inflation, GDP, unemployment rates, and political updates.

Previously, Nikhil worked with Kroll as part of the Commercial Operations team in Mumbai, where he supported internal stakeholders with research operation support, directly impacting business revenue and development. He was also part of the internal RFP/RFI/DDQ team, assisting in gathering relevant data for proposals and engagements.

Nikhil's primary responsibilities include undertaking business intelligence assignments and monitoring and maintaining firmwide database subscriptions. He holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Management Studies (Finance) from the University of Mumbai. He is proficient in English and native Indian languages, Hindi and Marathi.
