Prior to consulting, Nick owned and operated his firm, providing fractional CFO support, strategic management services, and technology consulting to physicians and healthcare entrepreneurs. He also served as CFO of a healthcare seed fund that invested in Ambulatory Surgery Centers and later became an operating partner. Nick began his career as an FP&A Manager for an integrated healthcare company.
