Nick Keyes has worked throughout North America as an Owner’s Representative of Project Management within the Commercial Real Estate Industry, focusing on Development and Construction Management. His experiences as a construction and development professional over the past 20 years, coupled with his diverse Commercial Real Estate background provides an unprecedented advantage to be the perfect advocate for our clients and deliver value across all aspects of the development process.

Nick provides Owner’s Representation and Project Support Services across the U.S. with a focus in industry verticals such as industrial, multi-family, commercial office, retail, healthcare for both private and public clients.

Nick provides project representation, project management, and surety support services to a variety of clients across the U.S. Owner Representative duties include permitting, programming, estimates, schedules, plan development, budget, and feasibility evaluations, bid process, construction observation, quality control, payment application certification, change order review, and client relations.

Nick is a Vice President in the Project Support Services group and is responsible for leading and supporting our leadership with business operations, strategy, and growth for the practice. In addition, he is the project lead for strategic clients on complex engagements utilizing our team to ensure all aspects of preconstruction, design and construction are getting the required attention for success.

Nick specializes in concept development, planning / programming, project scoping, design management, preconstruction, bid solicitation, master project financials, contract negotiations/ formation, risk management strategies on behalf of our clients.
