Monica McCaskill specializes in occupational health and safety evaluation, product stewardship evaluations, field monitoring, and occupational health and safety litigation support. She has evaluated occupational health and safety hazards during compliance inspections and performed monitoring for a variety of exposures. She has performed research and assisted in case preparation for legal cases involving chemical exposure and toxic tort issues, as well as evaluated and characterized human health risks for various occupational exposures such as bloodborne pathogens, noise, carbon monoxide, hexavalent chromium, solvents including benzene, and dust exposures including asbestos and silica. Industries previously evaluated include construction, product manufacturing, food and beverage processing, chemical processing, automotive, healthcare, and government agencies.
Monica is involved in product stewardship disputes, onsite project monitoring, and tort litigation project management and support. She has extensive involvement in numerous industrial hygiene assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on multiple industrial operations in addition to conducting health and safety assessments.
