MinHao specializes in forensic accounting and the analysis of economic damages. He has experience in litigation cases through the preparation of expert reports for Singapore court proceedings and arbitrations (under LCIA Rules). He also assists in business interruption cases across the Southeast Asia region.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, MinHao worked as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young LLP providing auditing and assurance services specializing in Consumer Products and Retail sectors. He obtained the title of Chartered Accountant (Singapore) in January 2023.
MinHao is a part of the Forensic Accounting & Economics Practice which provides specialized expertise in litigation damages assessment and business valuation as well as business interruption and stock loss quantification in insurance matters.
He analyses contracts and agreements together with financial records to provide litigation support and valuation services.
