Milan Niksic, MS, PQS, CET, GSC specializes in building consulting and all types of construction.

With over 28 years of experience, he provides consulting and expert services for building and various types of construction projects. He has been involved in projects as an expert for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects for over $500M. His experience includes roles in estimating, pre-construction, project management, building consulting, project executive, and building sciences.

As a second-generation constructor and restoration professional, Milan has been actively involved in the Canadian Construction Industry since 1993. Throughout his career, he has completed many construction projects in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. Additionally, he has restored and renovated 100 projects, spanning various sectors, including retail, residential, transportation, industrial, commercial, educational, and civil.

Milan Niksic is involved in loss evaluation, site investigation and documentation, estimates, project management, and project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous projects throughout Canada and has consulted on sizeable complex projects, including retail, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
