Mike Sherban has worked as a Senior Project Manager for over fourteen years completing residential, multifamily, commercial, and medical facilities projects. Ranging in budgets of $1,000 to $10,000,000.

Mike has two decades in the construction industry in hands-on applications in varying capacities. Mike has managed construction projects from start to finish and performed key roles in project planning, budget, and identification of resources needed. Mike has also completed project accounting including managing the project budget and team expenses, to minimize exposure and risks in the project.

Mike’s management skills ensure that construction activities move according to the predetermined schedule. Also devised the project work plans and made revisions when required. Mike communicates effectively with contractors responsible for completing various phases of projects to ensure they are completed successfully. Mike coordinates the efforts of all parties in the project which include architects, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors. Mike maintains a strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards to ensure the key performance indexes are met. Mike is involved in estimating, project management, and onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout Canada.
