Mike Howard spent ten years as a project manager and branch manager at a restoration company in North Bay, Ontario, overseeing operations and handling numerous commercial and residential projects. Mike has also participated in multiple catastrophic loss mobilizations in Canada, including the Fort McMurray wildfire, the 2016 Toronto flooding, and Thunder Bay’s catastrophic flooding in 2012.
Since 2018, Mike has worked with numerous clients to assist with cost control and analysis of extensive commercial and residential losses across northern Ontario. Additionally, Mike has worked to build detailed demolition and construction bid packages for large losses to assist with the procurement of competitive and fair pricing to return projects to their pre-loss condition.
