Mike Fogle is a seasoned Construction Professional with experience in real estate management, risk and facilities management, disaster assessment, recovery and emergency remediation. Mike is proficient in identifying problems and developing customized mechanical/technical solutions resulting in revenue generation and cost savings.
In Mike’s long and varied career he has gained extensive experience in project and business recovery along with risk management, problem solving, building, developing, disaster restoration, and cost management. He has completed projects for FEMA, EPA, HUD, GSA, Army Corp. of Engineers, Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard plus multiple cities, counties and states. Mike’s project management experience includes facilities management, building, up fits, code and ADA upgrades, renovating and developing of residential, multi family, commercial, municipality and commercial government projects as project management or turnkey contractor or developer.
