Her career has been focused on the review and audit of first-party property insurance claims. The nature of her engagements includes experience in business interruption, data breaches, cyber liability, loss of rent, catastrophe services (PD, BI & EE), product recall and liability, manufacturing, and Builder's Risk.
Throughout her career, Michelle has completed engagements for claims resulting from major events, such as Hurricane Sandy and COVID-19, and smaller events, such as fires, pipe breaks, food contamination, and cyber breaches. As a result, she has developed a well-rounded and flexible ability to meet the needs of each engagement.
