Michelle has 30+ years of experience in the insurance industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having held positions with various regional and national independent adjusting firms, insurers, and restoration companies.
In her role as Director of Strategic Accounts, she is responsible for researching and generating new business opportunities, the retention and growth of existing clients, developing strong long-term business relationships by evaluating and understanding the client’s business and their needs, and ensuring dedication to quality and service standards are met.
Michelle is passionate about her volunteer work and has been part of the WICC BC Board (Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade) since 2015.
