Michele Goodman is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Operations with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment. She has a proven track record of implementing and developing effective hiring strategies, having persuasive and effective recruiting skills, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and management abilities. She provides and delivers outstanding and responsive customer service to our internal clients by partnering closely with key stakeholders and the Leadership team to set a creative and class-leading strategy to attract and retain the brightest minds from all backgrounds while accurately mirroring the goals of the business. She helps to contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts and passionately drives results, thinks and acts quickly, and operates long-term and in the best interest of J.S. Held’s strategic goals.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Michele started out her career in finance at Goldman Sachs. She then worked for an executive search firm in NYC, where she worked as a recruiter to find the best talent for roles in the tri-state area across all industries.
