Michael Peloso has more than 20 years of project controls and construction claims experience, with an emphasis on utility, concrete, and infrastructure construction. His experience includes commercial management, claims analysis, schedule development and updating, schedule delay analysis, damages assessment, and cost analysis.
Mr. Peloso utilizes his years of experience to provide consultant services in commercial management, project management, and scheduling for general contractors and subcontractors. His responsibilities in several projects he was involved in included master schedule development and monitoring, change management, claims development and management, and contract administration.
At a corporate level, Mr. Peloso was responsible for developing and controlling the change management process for a general contractor working for multiple public and private owners. He has also performed project construction management, including analysis and resolution of change orders, claims involving delay and disruption, and time entitlement analysis. Additionally, Mr. Peloso has managed corporate risk for a general contractor, including primary liability exposures through a best-in-class captive program and specialty insurance exposures common to the construction industry.
Mr. Peloso is an Associate Director in the Construction Advisory Services group and specializes in utility, concrete, and infrastructure construction. His skills include commercial management, claims analysis, schedule development and updating, schedule delay analysis, delay & disruption damages assessment, and cost analysis.
