Michael Margolius has been in the construction industry since 2006 with expertise in project management, including construction planning and phasing, procurement, financial management, and construction operations, as well as cost-to-complete analyses, cost-to-complete estimating, and project scheduling. Michael provides construction advisory services to insurance companies, construction contractors, and attorneys. His experience includes projects in multiple construction sectors, including luxury retail construction, warehouse construction, site development, commercial interior renovations, and healthcare.
Michael is an Assistant Vice President within J.S. Held’s Mid-Central Surety Practice. His responsibilities include performance and payment bond claims analyses, change order review, scheduling review and analysis, and field monitoring.
