Michael Husted joined J.S. Held in October of 2024 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Stapleton Group. Michael is a detail-orientated leader with over 15 years of operations and business development experience across multiple industries. He applies strong communication and leadership skills, process improvement tactics, and workflow optimization methods to elevate operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining the Stapleton Group, Michael was Vice President of Operations for a global vacuum tube and commercial microwave manufacturing and service company in Los Angeles. He was responsible for the company’s manufacturing and international distribution operations and provided enterprise-level strategy and direction.
Previously, Michael spent 12 years in professional services, including positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Marketing Director for a prominent law group in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, business development, and management of a multi-million dollar media budget. His effective leadership in this role contributed to the firm’s unprecedented growth and helped position it as a top legal contender in the region.
