Michael Culkin is the Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety Business Development for J.S. Held, joining the team in November of 2022 as part of Frostbyte Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) digital solutions industry, Michael is focused on helping companies leverage digital solutions to manage both the regulatory requirements of EHS conformance and improve the positive impact on stakeholder value and organizational financial performance through strong sustainability practices and ESG commitment. He also manages J.S. Held’s key EHS & ESG software and consulting partners and drives the organization's top-line revenue growth.
Previously, as the Vice President of Sales and Alliances at Frostbyte Consulting, Michael was responsible for building and maintaining B2B and channel sales pipelines and revenue streams, overseeing all corporate marketing initiatives and functions. Under Michael’s leadership, Frostbyte added five new strategic partners, established and streamlined internal sales processes and operations, and grew top-line revenue by 20% year-over-year.
