Michael has over 31 years of construction experience in: estimating; scheduling; project purchasing/buy-out; loss prevention and safety; scheduling, coordination and management of building trades and subcontractors; and productivity monitoring. His project experience includes office buildings, commercial and industrial facilities, laboratories, convention centers, high-rise condominiums, educational facilities, government buildings and facilities, medical centers, hospitals, airports and major attractions.

As a consultant for over 13 years, Michael has gained extensive experience for management of claims, the preparation and review of CPM schedules, project status analyses, and the preparation of financial costs to complete. His responsibilities include the development of milestone CPM schedules, preparation of schedule updates, evaluation of scheduling impacts and the preparation of cost-to-complete estimates and exposure analyses. Michael has recently completed training in Xactimate to assist with property damage claims and has been qualified as one of J.S. Held’s Safety Trainers.

Michael previously served as a Project Manager for a $400 million Mechanical Contractor. Some of his projects include small design/build projects, 3.5 million square-foot convention center, with additional projects ranging in value between $500K through $750 million. He was responsible for: insuring the adherence to company policies and contractual compliance; scheduling, coordination and management of building trades and subcontractors; estimating, equipment/material purchasing and expediting; managing billings and collection/cash flow; pricing and negotiating change orders; loss prevention and safety; and the monitoring of project productivity and project status utilizing cost reports.
