Michael has over 38 years of construction experience. As a consultant for more than 19 years, Michael has gained extensive experience in the management of surety and CDI claims, the preparation and review of CPM schedules, project status analyses, and the preparation/completion of financial costs. He has also assisted with site monitoring, quality control, and mold remediation. His project experience includes office buildings, commercial and industrial facilities, laboratories, convention centers, high-rise condominiums, educational facilities, data centers, government buildings and facilities, medical centers, hospitals, airports, and major attractions.
Michael is a Director and helps lead the CPM scheduling group in Florida. In addition to managing and overseeing his team and files, Michael also provides CPM scheduling services, bond claim analysis, and CDI claim analysis, including the preparation of cost-to-complete estimates and exposure analyses. Michael has also assisted on numerous property damage claims and has been qualified as one of J.S. Held’s Safety Trainers. Michael prides himself on providing his clients with a professional as well as personal touch, always striving to make sure he exceeds their expectations with timeliness, open communication, and positive energy.
