Michael is a seasoned building code official with over 17 years of experience in project management, owner’s representation, and special event coordination. He is a detail-oriented problem solver with expertise in permitting and plan review. Michael is adept at juggling multiple projects, as well as collaborating and communicating with a myriad of parties to meet customer needs. As a liaison between numerous government agencies and authorities, Michael informs clients of code requirements, renders technical decisions, and assists in navigating permitting (and related) approval processes.
