Meghan Woodard has over 15 years of experience as a restoration industry professional. Throughout Meghan’s career, she has been involved with many nationwide residential and commercial recovery efforts, including universities, hospitals, hotels, condominiums, and commercial office space.

Prior to joining J.S. Held in 2012, Meghan was a property loss consultant for Newman and Newman LLC and a project manager for Woodard Cleaning and Restoration. Her work there included but was not limited to leading various-sized commercial and residential water, fire, flood, and mold remediation projects.

Meghan has widespread experience evaluating mitigation projects, invoice auditing, delivering damage assessments and estimates, job monitoring, and controlling costs on projects of all sizes through communication with contractors and other consultants involved. Meghan has many consulting capabilities with a concentration in the restoration sector of the business.

Meghan primarily focuses on detailed analysis of property damage mitigation and reconstruction invoicing, estimates, and claim submissions. She has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including multi-location losses, malls, and medical facilities. Currently, Meghan manages the J.S. Held invoice analysis team, which specializes in the review of mitigation contractor invoicing.
